Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on paddles and parts unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. These items are marked as non-returnable in their product descriptions.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to our Anchorage facility using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
  5. If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

If your water sports equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Include photos of the damage or defect
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs
